One-pay leases and tighter broker coverage

  • One-pay (single-payment) broker leases are now understood correctly: $0 monthly, the full amount due at signing, and a true effective monthly cost so they compare fairly against regular leases.
  • A broker's deals can no longer show up in states that broker doesn't actually serve - state pages only list deals you can really get.

Meet the founder

  • The founder's note on the homepage and the Trust page now has a face, the full story of why TradeMyLease exists, and a direct email - a real person answers.

A fairer Best Lease Deals board

  • One row per broker per vehicle: a broker's five trims of the same car no longer take the top five slots. The best-scoring trim represents the car, with a "+N more trims" note.
  • Vehicle names cleaned up ("2026 Mazda 3", not "2026 Mazda Mazda3").

Deal alerts: the best lease deals, in your inbox

  • New: sign up on the deals pages or the homepage with your email, state, and how often you want to hear from us - weekly, monthly, or quarterly.
  • Every digest has the top 50 deals nationally, the top 10 in your state, and the newest lease takeovers. One-click unsubscribe, always.

Helping sellers follow up

  • Sellers with buyer inquiries they haven't responded to get a weekly nudge - and can mark each lead "Contacted" or "No response" in Messages so everyone knows where things stand.
  • Sellers with an unfinished draft get a friendly reminder that they're a few steps from going live.

Cleaner broker listings

  • When a broker is paused, every one of their deals now disappears from the site at once - no stragglers in the full list, the makes filter, or the state counts.

New guide, new area column, clearer terms

  • Published "We're So Free, Apparently It's Considered Solicitation" - why we'd rather give you options than gatekeepers.
  • The Best Lease Deals board shows each deal's service area (nationwide, a region, or the exact states).
  • Deals whose MSRP we had to estimate from a comparable listing are no longer ranked - only real MSRPs compete on the board.
  • Deal pages now say where a deal is available and what to expect if you're out of state.
  • Terms updated: Michigan governing law, how broker deal data is sourced, how brokers can request corrections or removal, and that we may receive referral compensation from brokers (it never affects rankings or your price).

Keeping listings honest

  • Sellers now confirm every week that their lease is still available - one click from an email. Listings that go unconfirmed are marked "Unresponsive" and greyed out instead of silently going stale.
  • Listing pages tell buyers when a seller hasn't checked in recently, so you know before you reach out.
  • Broker deal syncing got more reliable, with better handling of large spreadsheets.
